What makes Naturally Bionic skincare different?
Our balms are handcrafted in small batches using nutrient-dense tallow, botanical oils and gentle, skin-supportive ingredients. Each formula is designed to strengthen the skin barrier, soothe irritation and nourish deeply — without synthetic fillers or harsh additives.
Is tallow good for sensitive or eczema-prone skin?
Yes. Tallow closely matches the structure of our skin’s natural oils, making it exceptionally soothing and supportive for sensitive, reactive and eczema-prone skin.
What’s the difference between Bio Renew, Clarity and Get Naked?
Bio Renew – anti-ageing, firming and brightening with bakuchiol, rosehip and sea buckthorn.
Clarity – lightweight, balancing and ideal for breakout-prone, combination or sensitive skin.
Get Naked – pure, minimal and unscented for ultra-sensitive or reactive skin.
Are your products suitable for oily or acne-prone skin?
Yes. Tallow is naturally balancing and non-comedogenic when used in small amounts.
Our Clarity Whipped Tallow Balm is designed specifically for acne-prone or combination skin.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Absolutely. We never test on animals and all tallow is ethically sourced from regenerative UK farms.
Are your products vegan?
No. Our balms contain ethically sourced tallow (an animal-derived ingredient).
We focus on sustainability, transparency and clean, effective formulation.
How long does a jar last?
On average:
30g lasts 3–6 weeks
60g lasts 6–10 weeks
120g lasts 2–3 months
A little goes a long way — start with a pea-sized amount.
Can I use your balms on my face and body?
Yes — all balms are safe for both face and body.
They’re also great for hands, elbows, stretch marks and dry patches.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — but we will be expanding our shipping options soon.
Are your products safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
All balms are gentle and fragrance-free.
However, Bio Renew contains bakuchiol which some choose to avoid during pregnancy.
If unsure, check with your healthcare professional.
What is the shelf life?
Our balms last 12 months after opening when stored in a cool, dry place away from direct heat or sunlight.
My balm melted — is it still safe to use?
Yes. Tallow softens in warm conditions. Simply place the jar in the fridge for 1–2 hours to reset.
The texture may change but it remains completely safe and effective.
Can I return a product?
We cannot accept returns of opened skincare for hygiene reasons.
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace it immediately.
