At Naturally Bionic, every product is crafted with intention, purity, and care. Your happiness means everything to us, and we want you to feel confident when shopping with our small, independent skincare brand.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of skincare products, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or had their tamper seals removed.
If your product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
Please contact us before sending anything back.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

within 48 hours of delivery, including:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or refund straight away.
Allergic Reactions
Everyone’s skin is unique.
All ingredients are clearly listed on our product pages, so please review them carefully before ordering.
If you experience a reaction, stop using the product and contact us.
While we cannot offer refunds for personal sensitivities, we will always try to help and offer guidance.
Return Shipping
- If returning due to a change of mind or ordering the wrong item, return postage costs are your responsibility.
- If the return is due to a Naturally Bionic error (damaged, faulty, or incorrect product), we will cover the return or replacement costs.
Refund Processing Time
Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
